We make it easy and find you! Our staff is going to await you at the arrival hall with a “T&T Mexico” sign to make the identification easier. Therefore you need to pass us your flight information when you make your reservation. Furthermore you will receive a confirmation mail that includes the meeting points at the airport.

You are allowed to carry one regular sized luggage piece and one piece of hand luggage. For every piece that exceeds these dimensions we need to charge an extra cost. Please contact our service line to get more information.

In the case of a delay, our staff will wait for you at the arrival hall, no matter how late you are.

About Reservations

Travelers under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Consequently, you must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation with us.

Yes. If you cannot find your transfer on our website, please send an email to info@tytmexico.com.mx. We will send you a quote within 48 hours.

Most transfers that are listed on our website operate with a maximum of 10 – 15 persons. If you are traveling with a group that exceeds the maximum number that can fit the vehicle, you can either make bookings for two or more vehicles or you can contact us to discuss other options, for example renting a coach.

The availability of our services is subject to demand and season. Therefore, we recommend you to book with anticipation, especially in times of high season.

After having made your reservation and the acceptance of your credit card payment, we will send you the confirmation via e-mail. Please revise the voucher well to avoid any discrepancies.

It is very important that you carefully select your destination, date, route, type of vehicle, and number of passengers. In case you receive a confirmation with wrong details, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You can send an e-mail to info@tytmexico.com.mx indicating your reservation number and the error in your confirmation. One of our agents will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.

If your reservation was confirmed on our webpage but you haven´t received a confirmation email, please get in touch with us by sending an email to info@tytmexico.com.mx and we will reconfirm your details as quick as possible.

If the reservation process cannot be finalized correctly there can be various reasons for this. Before making another reservation, please check your e-mail inbox for a confirmation. Should you not receive any confirmation, please get in touch with us.

We will check to see if we have received your booking request successfully and we contact you via email to confirm the status of your booking.

You have to show your travel voucher (the confirmation email) to the respective local operator.

Yes, you can change your reservation. However, each cancellation or change might generate costs. Please see our Change & Cancellation Policy in the Terms & Conditions section for further information. Fees can vary and depend on the local service provider, dates, etc. In order to change your reservation, please send an e-mail to info@tytmexico.com.mx and mention your name, reservation number and concern.

Many service providers now accept e-vouchers, which allow you to present your voucher on a smartphone. Normally you just need your name and your confirmation number. However, it´s always best to print your travel documents, not just for the local service providers but also for your own convenience.

Your voucher (confirmation email) must be seen as your ticket. Simply present this when you meet your driver.

Yes, someone else can book your ground transportation services for you. However, the personal data registered in the booking should correspond with the person who will use the travel services. Someone else can pay for these services. In this case, when the credit card booking data do not belong to the same person, we will contact you to verify the authorization of the payment.

In order to make a booking, you need to select a date. Please mention your name, reservation number, the route, and explain to us what you would like to change. Most transfers can be canceled or rescheduled until 24 hours before the scheduled transfer without any charge. However, to avoid any charges, the earlier you let us know about the change, the better.

About Transportation Services

In case you prefer private services, the driver will only be waiting for you. Once you meet the driver you will go directly to your destination, without picking up other people, which means the service will be faster. Besides, private services can be booked for any route whereas shared services are only available for certain routes (normally only from the airport to an hotel in the same city).

Yes, this is what makes us different from other online agencies. If you want to have it your own way, send an email to info@tytmexico.com.mxand give us information about the specific extra services you require. This could be, for example, assistance in a certain language, or luxury services.

This depends on the local operator. Some operators only work with bilingual staff, others don´t. In case it is not specified whether the English-speaking staff is included or not, and you want to be sure to have English-speaking assistance, you can send an email to info@tytmexico.com.mxand ask for more information. English-speaking assistance can always be added with an extra cost.

If you arrive at an airport, a local representative (usually the driver) will wait for you at the arrival gate of the airport. If you depart from your hotel to the airport, or another place, the driver will usually meet you at the hotel lobby at the agreed time. We advise you to inform the hotel reception about your transfer. The pick-up timewill be confirmed during the booking process

If it concerns a transfer from the airport to your hotel, you will meet our representative in the arrival area of the airport after having collected your luggage. A representative will wait for you with an identification banner with your name on it. For transfers from the hotel to the airport you will be picked up at the hotel lobby/entrance. Some of our local partners include travel insurance but this will only cover you during this particular transfer. In case a travel insurance is included in a service this should be clearly indicated. We always advise arranging a complete travel insurance before traveling to Mexico.

Our luggage policy generally follows that of airlines, but it can vary per local operator. Generally, we allow you to take one checked the bag (e.g. suitcase, duffel bag) and two carry-on items (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse). If you are bringing more luggage, or if you have specific luggage requirements, please inform us.

About Payment

You can realize your payment directly on our website when you are booking your travel services. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Or you can ask to pay cash when meet.

Our booking process is completely automatic and T&T uses the newest technology in order to offer its clients the highest security possible when doing an online transaction. If your credit card is generating a consistent error, verify the expiration date of your card or contact the card issuer to find out whether your monthly spending limit has not been exceeded. Otherwise, we recommend you complete the booking using a different credit card. If you have unauthorized charges billed to your card or see charges from T&T that you do not recognize, call us at 0052 1 55 43 67 52 95, from Mondays to Fridays from 07:00am till 08:00pm and on Saturdays from 09:00am till 02:00pm (Central Standard Time Mexico), or send an email to info@tytmexico.com.mx. We will ask a few questions. Please provide card number, date, and amount (as displayed on your credit card bill) so we can locate the booking. Also report unauthorized charges to your card company.

In case someone else made a booking for you, when the credit card and booking data do not belong to the same person, we will contact the credit card holder to verify the authorization of the payment. If you are not the cardholder, please have the cardholder call so that we can verify that the booking is authorized.

If, after reviewing the details of the booking, you do not recognize the charge or believe that it is unauthorized or made fraudulently, we will make note of the event. You may be asked to provide your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number where we can reach you if we need additional information. If the card was used without your authorization, you should also report this to your card issuer immediately, if necessary ask for a replacement card, and follow any instructions to file a dispute. Following your card company’s procedure is important to ensure that the transaction is taken off your card statement. T&T values your trust and confidence and is committed to working with your card company and with law enforcement.
